What is Byzzie?
Byzzie (say it like “busy”) is a booking app with a built-in AI receptionist for small businesses that run on appointments. It answers your calls, texts and Instagram and Facebook messages around the clock, books clients into your calendar, takes deposits so no-shows cost you less, and fills cancellations from your waitlist.
What it does
- Answers every call and DM. When you’re with a client, Byzzie picks up, answers questions about your services and prices, and books the appointment. It always says it’s an AI assistant, and anything unusual comes to you first. How the AI receptionist works.
- Cuts no-shows. Text reminders, plus deposits for new clients and repeat no-shows. You set the rules.
- Fills empty slots. When someone cancels, Byzzie texts your waitlist and books the first yes.
